Har prøvd å booke et hotell i Madrid i dag.
Det er vist ikke alle som er like ivrige på å selge produktet sitt. Til slutt ble jeg nødt til å sende følgende epost:
Hi!
First: I email you asking for availability.
Second: I get a respond telling me to call to book the available room
Third: I call to do the booking (today at 13:58)
The person at your Hotel answers me and asks me to just respond to the email.
I tell him that your email specifies that i have to call to book
The same person at your Hotel confirms that its still okay to book by just answering your email.Fourth: I send an email to book the room for the five day period.
Fifth: I´m told i can’t book a room this way.
If you make the booking process this complicated I don’t dare thinking of what a stay at your Hotel will be like. Guess there are other Hotels i Madrid.
